Villa 16 is a semi-detached cottage situated in the heart of Carleton Village, a gated development overlooking the sea in the heritage town of Youghal in east Cork and can sleep six people. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a balcony, a double bedroom (bed accessed from one side only), a ground floor twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking on a first come, first served basis, a patio with furniture, shared gardens across the development, a children’s playground, a walled garden with shared, heated children’s pool and assorted outdoor games and a basketball and tennis court. Villa 16 is a wonderful holiday base.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Villa 16's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Villa 16. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
Why waste part of your holiday doing the washing up. Villa 16 has a dishwasher installed to save you time, and family arguements, about the washing up.
