Colmac Cottage is a lovely, detached property located on the Kames Estate, close to the village of Port Bannatyne, on the Isle of Bute. It comprises three bedrooms; a ground floor double, another double and a twin, sleeping six altogether. There is also a ground floor bathroom inside, and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a utility in an external building. To the outside is ff-road parking adjacent to property, a private lawned area with furniture and BBQ, along with shared use of an all-weather tennis court, football nets, putting green, walled garden and gardens. Colmac Cottage enjoys a fabulous location with plenty to offer its guests.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Colmac Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
