Clutha Cottage is a fabulous getaway located on the Kames Estate, surrounded by mature grounds, near the village of Port Bannatyne. This Isle of Bute cottage boasts four bedrooms; two ground floor doubles, one with en-suite shower room, one family room with double and single bed and a twin room, sleeping nine people altogether. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburning stove, as well as a first floor snug. To the outside is off-road parking for 3 cars, along with a shared, enclosed garden with private decking and patio furniture, as well as shared use of an all-weather tennis court, football nets, putting green, walled garden, gardens. Clutha Cottage enjoys a wonderful location to be enjoyed by families, friends and couples alike.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Clutha Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
