Nutshell is a splendid and unusual apartment in Whitby, accessed via 16 external steps and set over the first floor. With one mezzanine double bedroom reached via open tread, spiral stairs and a wet room with luxury underfloor heating, this cottage can sleep up to two people. There's also a bright seaside-themed sitting room set below the bedroom and a lovely galley-style kitchen. Outside is a tiny sitting area beside the front door on the patio and within five minutes' walk is a car park, of which the owner provides a permit with parking on a first come, first served basis. Nutshell is a sweet little property, perfect for couples seeking a snug hideaway in wonderful Whitby.

On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Nutshell's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, harbour and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via 16 external steps with open tread, spiral stairs to mezzanine bedroom, care to be taken.
