Saintbury Grounds comprises three self-contained holiday properties with The Dairy and The Byre each sleeping two guests and The Hayloft sleeping up to four. For families or groups of friends wanting to spend time away together but retain some privacy, this is the perfect solution. Housed in the former milking parlour and hay barn, these properties retain character derived from their heritage but offer wonderfully light and airy spacious accommodation with a contemporary finish making the perfect base for your holiday or celebration.
The Dairy is on one level and offers open-plan living, dining and sleeping space with lofty ceiling heights and characterful beams enhancing the light and airy feel. The Byre neighbours The Dairy and is a two storey cottage with its own private patio and wonderful country views. A door from the upstairs leads to the entrance hall to The Hayloft which can also be accessed via stairs rising from the communal entrance hall. The Hayloft is a contemporary luxury apartment for four guests with a small balcony faces south-west and provides views to the Malvern Hills.
The grounds at Saintbury extend to 30 acres and guests are welcome to explore the many footpaths around the farm and further afield. There’s an enclosed garden area with picnic bench and adjacent to this a large mown area with fruit trees, a fire pit, table and chairs and a barbecue ideal for summer picnics or evenings by the fire.
Almost equidistant from the charming Cotswold towns of Chipping Campden and Broadway, Saintbury Grounds is perfectly placed for exploring all that this region has to offer from vibrant market towns to historic homes and gardens and outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the myriad of walking routes on offer quite literally on your doortsep.
