Off road parking for 1 car in parking bay below cottage, plus additional off road parking on first come, first served basis and ample roadside parking. Small front garden with sitting area and furniture and small rear yard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Lakeside Café 3 mins walk. Note: The cottage is accessed on foot up a short, but steep incline and the stairs inside the cottage are steep, children need to be supervised and may not be suitable for the elderly and those with limited mobility. Note: Steam railway line runs behind the property, some associated noise can be heard.
