The Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Staxton, seven miles from both Scarborough and Filey. This cottage sleeps four people in three bedrooms, consisting of a double and two singles, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with patio. The Cottage is an ideal base for a couple or small family with plenty of places to visit within reach.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and portable highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Lawned garden with patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk. Coast 7 miles. Note: One of the single beds is raised and is accessed by a small ladder. Note: There are steps up to the lawned garden with a drop from the wall, please supervise small children.
