Butterwick is set on a working farm close to the village of Staindrop in Teesdale, just five miles from Barnard Castle. The cottage has one family room with an ensuite and one twin, as well as a family bathroom which makes it suitable for five people. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a sheltered shared front courtyard with furniture and a designated play area for children (adult supervision required). Ideal for exploring the northern Dales, Butterwick is sure to appeal to the whole family.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Butterwick's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
