Hosting one ground floor double bedroom, and a single room upstairs with a balcony, along with a ground floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with small woodburning stove.
To the outside is bicycle storage, off-road parking for two cars, shared 4-acre grounds, and an open/private patio area with seating. There is also use of a children's play area, games room with table tennis, table football and pool. Situated in a pleasant farmland location with much to keep you occupied, Grassholm is a charming cottage in a refreshing part of Wales.

Note: Single bedroom upstairs is located directly by the staircase, with a Juliet balcony too, not suitable for children.
