The Brook is a luxury, well appointed and equipped, semi detached bungalow which benefits from an inflatable hot tub (the inflatable hot tub is available from Easter until the end of October only) and lawn garden. It is situated in Crofthandy with great access to both the North Coast and also the historic harbour of Falmouth, the Lizard Peninsula and Mounts Bay.
It's hard to imagine what could be more relaxing than spending a quiet evening at The Brook soaking in a luxurious hot tub and letting all your stresses soak away. So why settle for just any old cottage in Cornwall when you can have one with a hot tub.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Brook's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

The Brook is an immaculately presented bungalow alongside the owners annexe next door. The rooms and decor are tastefully finished to a very high standard and the owners have thoughtfully provided plenty of family DVD's and games to keep the youngsters amused. The private rear courtyard has an inflatable hot tub, table and chairs to enjoy those warm summer evenings. The double aspect kitchen is beautiful, bright, welcoming and spacious. The family bathroom has recently been installed (Autumn 2017) and the bedrooms are well appointed and beautifully finished.
