Prospect House is a double-fronted, detached cottage situated in the charming former mining village of Rookhope, six miles from Stanhope in County Durham. This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of two doubles with en-suite, another double and two twins, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a snug. Outside there is off road parking in a garage for two cars, as well as additional roadside parking at the front of the property. There is also a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Prospect House is a great base with plenty of walking and cycling routes in the area.
There is wifi or internet access available at Prospect House in Rookhope. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Prospect House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
