This semi-detached character property is set in a small rural hamlet called Preston Patrick, amid lovely rolling countryside just six miles from the pretty town of Kirkby Lonsdale. The cottage has been converted to an extremely high standard, and ensures that character features and stylish decor sit alongside modern comforts. The living area is on the first floor, and boasts a Juliet balcony to enjoy the lovely views, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a woodburner. There are doors to a spacious terrace, making this holiday home an ideal base for large groups of friends or family to enjoy the area together. En-suites to some of the bedrooms, and geothermal heating and solar panels mean this cottage is both eco-friendly and convenient for families. Close to both the Lakes and Dales National Parks, this cottage makes a wonderful base for groups.
