The house is entered on the upper level. Thekitchen dining roomwith its Travertine flooring and new modern facilities such as a dishwasher,microwave, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, built in oven, dining table with seating for 8, and all kitchen requirements. Across the hallway is the den, agames roomTV/DVD Blu-Ray, plus the ability to make this into an occasional 4^thbedroom by way of a double sofa bed, on this same level is acloakroomwith WC and wash hand basin.

Stepping down a flight of 6 stairs you enter the spacious and comfortable open planliving roomwith its natural solid oak flooring and generous stylish sofas, large TV/DVD Blu-Ray, it has an extra side seating area to one side of this large room but all enjoying the glorious views from the picture window.

Down another flight of 7 stairs to the mid-level;the twin bedroomhas two 3ft beds and generous storage space.The family bathroomhas a corner bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC. TheLaundryroom has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an integral outdoor courtyard space, this area is for hanging wet clothing and storing beach paraphernalia. Down a further 6 steps to theMaster bedroomwhich has a king size 5 foot bed and plenty of storage space, French windows to the patio and garden. Thethird bedroomwith its king size 5ft bed also has French windows to the garden; both these rooms look over the beautiful Whitsand Bay.
