Gatehouse is a detached cottage in the village of Painscastle just four miles from Hay-on-Wye. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king-size double bedroom, one double and two single together with family bathroom and ground floor shower room. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with breakfast area, dining area with seating and snug area with woodburner. There is also a second sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Situated only three miles from the England/Wales border, Gatehouse is a lovely family cottage and ideal to explore this lovely part of the country.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Gatehouse's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
