Sunset Seaview is a semi-detached property situated within the village of Old Colwyn. Inside, you will find three bedrooms comprising of two king-size double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, featuring a shower over bath, basin and WC, and a ground floor WC with basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and gas fire, in additional to a conservatory which lead you out to an enclosed garden with BBQ and seating. Sunset Seaview is a delightful escape to Wales.
