Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Stairgate. Unrestricted roadside parking outside property. Enclosed courtyard with furniture, plus tiered garden with patio and decked area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, bar in yacht club 1 min walk. Note: Steep narrow cottage stairs split off into sitting room and bedroom and tiered garden has very steep steps, children to be supervised. Note: Two steps up to the front door.
