On the ground floor you will find a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. To the rear of the property is a multi-level garden with both lawned and patio areas with furniture, as well as boasting a children's slide and a private sauna. There is off-road parking at the front of the property for one car, as well as roadside parking if required. 1 Boath Road is a wondrous cottage for a small family to explore the delights of Scotland.
