Laburnum Croft is a lovely, detached cottage located in the village of Moor Monkton, near the City of York. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one ground floor double, and one first floor twin, which can be converted into a super king-size double, and benefits from en-suite facilities. The rest of the cottage is made up of a ground floor bathroom and open plan living accommodation, with patio doors leading to the patio garden. There is off road parking for two cars available outside this cottage, and a decked patio area with furniture. Laburnum Croft is in the perfect position for those looking to enjoy the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, and has fantastic access to central York.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Laburnum Croft's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
