Off-road parking for 2 cars. Single garage which can fit one car or act as lockable storage for bikes/kayaks. Sloped garden with graveled area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Several steps up to property, may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility, however steps are flat & secure with a support rail all the way. Note: Steep slopes in garden, care to be taken. Note: Railway line is just beyond the garden threshold - please do not attempt to cross the wire fencing as there is uneven ground and wildlife in dense vegetation
