Sandpiper is situated in a secluded corner of the beautiful Maenporth Estate, with lovely sea views from the south-east facing lawned rear garden. The new owners have refurbished to a high standard, including a feature electric fire for those chilly evenings, and underfloor heating in the entrance hall and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attractive large window, with window seat, looking out to the sea. A new en-suite has been installed. The second twin bedroom looks out onto the majestic Monterey pines. There is a bath, with overhead shower, in the family bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished for children and has two full-size bunks. Furthermore, Sandpiper has its own designated private parking bay next to the cottage's front door. Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and theres a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts, a childrens play area, and table tennis and pool tables. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. Its a great destination for families or couples all year round. Please note: The pool will not be open from 31 October 2022 until the end of February 2023 due to essential maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge-freezer,dish washer and Tassimo coffee machine. Upstairs to Master bedroom 1 with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with shower enclosure, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with twin single beds. Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk bed. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
