Cliff Lodge, a charming, detached cottage just a short walk from the heart of Loughrea, a town set on the edge of Loughrea Lake in County Galway. The cottage has four bedrooms, including two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, two singles, one with a basin, and a family bathroom. There is a social open plan living space encompassing a kitchen and a breakfast bar for two, a dining area, and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove. There is also a sitting room with a roaring fire and French doors which lead into a sun room. Outside, relax in a lawned garden to the front and rear of the property, where you will also find furniture for alfresco dining in the summer months. There is also plenty of off road parking, and with a short walk to local amenities, Cliff Lodge is a wonderful base for exploring this charming town, and in a great spot for discovering the delights of County Galway.

Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: No hen and stag parties. Note: Three small steps to front door, which brings you into the sun room, and then two steps into rest of house. There are no steps to access the rear of the property, and the only steps from this direction are two steps into the sun room.
