Ty Nant is a wonderful, semi-detached converted farm building near Llanllwni, a small village in Mid Wales. The cottage can accommodate six people in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor. Downstairs, the ground floor is split over two levels by dog-leg stairs. On the upper ground floor there is kitchen, and on the lower ground floor there is a dining area in the conservatory and a sitting room with sofa bed. Outside, enjoy glorious countryside views from the shared lawned garden at the front, or a sit in the sunshine in the property's private enclosed courtyard garden at the back. There is off road parking available for three cars. Ty Nant is a great base for families and friends exploring Mid Wales.
There is wifi or internet access available at Ty Nant in Llanllwni. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Ty Nant's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There are 5 tread stairs between the lower and upper ground floor levels and a ½ tread to the floor level of the kitchen. Note: The twin room has an additional pull-out single bed on request. Please note: bookings must fall between Friday to Friday.
