Ty Fferm is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home that has been converted from a farm building, on the owner's working smallholding near Llanllwni, Mid Wales. The property has a double bedroom and a single room on the first floor, along with a WC. On the upper level of the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and on the lower level of the ground floor, a sitting room with a dining area. Outside, there is a off road parking for three cars, a shared lawned garden to the front with stunning views of the Carmarthenshire countryside, and a private, enclosed courtyard to the rear with furniture. Ty Fferm is a wonderful getaway base for couples and small families.
There is wifi or internet access available at Ty Fferm in Llanllwni. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Ty Fferm's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, plus front lawned communal garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There are 5 tread stairs between the lower and upper ground floor levels and a ½ tread to the floor level of the kitchen. Please note: bookings must fall between Friday to Friday.
