There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, drying room and games room with a full-sized snooker table. Outside is ample off-road parking, lockable bike storage and a patio garden with furniture. Pengwern sits in a beautiful location, perfect for families and groups of friends wishing to enjoy the many nearby footpaths and mountain biking available.
