It offers an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, and another larger sitting room, as well as a utility. To the outside there is off-road parking down the side of the property, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio with furniture. Penmorfa is a fantastic dwelling to bring all the family to for enjoying the delights of North Wales.
