This unusual waterside property is a converted semi-detached boathouse on the shore of the Kingsbridge estuary and is ideal for couples or families with older children. Although just a short walk from the heart of the town centre of Kingsbridge, its secluded and peaceful location makes it seem that you are far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Superb views from the balcony and most windows extend across the water to unspoiled countryside on the opposite side of the estuary. High tides often lap the footings of the house and the garden has a pedestrian gate from the garden directly onto to the foreshore – perfect for kayaking or paddle-boarding. For those wanting a more relaxing stay, then the balcony and garden is the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning surroundings, passing river craft, and abundance of wildlife. Kitchen with built-under electric oven, four-ring electric hob, undercounter fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and integrated dishwasher. Small under-stair cupboard housing small ice-box style freezer.
First floor:
Bedroom one with 5ft king size bed and side views of the estuary.
Bedroom three with two 3ft single beds and views of the estuary.
Family bathroom with basin, WC, heated towel rail and bath with shower over.
