Step up to entrance hall.
Lounge with open fireplace, sofas and armchair, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD, books and games.
Kitchen diner with electric oven and eye level grill, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, sofa, flat screen TV, french doors into the conservatory. Bedroom 3with single 3ft bed with pull out guest bed (please advise at time of booking ifpull out bed is required). Door through this room to rear utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge and clothes/wet suit drying area.
Shower room with basin, shower cubicle and WC.

First Floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area, built in wardrobes, views of the bay and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2with 3ft twin beds, chest of drawers and en suite shower room in the eaves, basin and WC.
