The Loft is a lovely first floor apartment situated in the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of Chilsworthy and close to Holsworthy in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private patio, a shared lawned area and shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. The Loft is close to many places of interest and is an ideal base for a couple.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own swimming pool/beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of lawned area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (29' x 12' x 4' to 6' deep). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: WiFi is available for browsing only, not suitable for downloading or streaming. Note: Sloping ceilings throughout. Note: There’s two steps down to the bedroom. Note: Apartment accessed via 14 internal steps.Note The pool whilst available is unheated between the dates 1st November - 15th March
