Stable Cottage is a stable conversion in the village of Freshwater, just three miles from Yarmouth. The cottage sleeps six people and has two doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower and one twin, along with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private garden with patio and furniture. Situated on the western tip of the Isle of Wight, Stable Cottage is a lovely family cottage all year round.

Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and indoor and outdoor games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One cot and one highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private front garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 1 mile. Note: Cottage is on a smallholding with sheep, dogs to be kept on a lead outdoors. Note: There are four steps from the lower level to the upper living area. Note: Some road noise can be heard when inside and outside the property. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Note: This property can be booked along with 982045 for a total of sleeps 15.
