The property has three bedrooms on the ground floor; a double with en-suite shower room, a single and a twin with sea views. There is also a large double room with en-suite shower room on the first floor. The family bathroom is downstairs, along with a kitchen with dining area and sofa, and a sitting room with open fire. On the first floor landing is a games area with pool table and seating. Outside there is ample off road parking and large gardens to the front and side with sea views and garden furniture. Josie's House is perfect for exploring the Hook Peninsula, heading to Wexford or Waterford, or visiting the JFK Arboretum or Dunbrody Famine Ship.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Josie's House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
