Gillan is an end terrace property situated in Falmouth, Cornwall. It contains three bedrooms; two doubles and 1 twin, along with a bathroom and a WC room. The house also features an open-plan kitchen/diner and sitting room. Road parking is available for one car. Outside the property there is a private patio area which includes a barbecue. In addition, there is communal access to a plunge pool, tennis courts and an onsite bar and restaurant.
