Hosting two bedrooms; a double with en-suite and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open plan living room with kitchen, sitting and dining areas. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Situated in a magnificent location and close to places of interest, Flat 31 is a pleasant apartment in a vibrant part of England.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 31 Lower Stables's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, pool table, 2 tennis courts and children play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles. Restaurant and bar 5 mins walk. Note: May not be suitable for those with limited mobility as there are 15 stairs from the car park to the apartment.
Note: The leisure centre will be unavailable from 5th November for 5 weeks, alternative facilities are available free of charge at The Budock Vean Hotel, which is approximately a 10 minute drive away.
