Grey Croft is a bright and airy, semi-detached barn conversion which boasts uninterrupted views towards the sea, is just a short stroll from Embleton and can sleep four people. This all ground floor cottage has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin room, a shower room, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture and a shared children’s play area on the cottage complex. Grey Croft is a wonderful holiday cottage for your well-deserved break.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture. Shared children's play area on cottage complex. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Beach is accessed via owner's land on tended pathway suitable for pushchairs. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 10 cottages and 4 apartments. It works on a weekly rota system, where each property gets 6 x one hour exclusive slots across the week which will be allocated in a folder on arrival.
Please note, caravans/ motor homes/ commercial vehicles (eg vans) are not permitted to be parked outside the properties
If you plan to arrive with any of the above, there is alternative parking opposite the properties, just off the main site (it is still covered by our CCTV) This is available by prior arrangement at a cost of £20
