Falconers Cottage is a superb, ground-floor accommodation, situated three miles from the village of Caergeiliog. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom uses a shared dressing area and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a well-equipped kitchen and an inviting sitting/dining room. To the outside, you will find ample off-road parking and shared use of the owner’s gardens. Falconers Cottage is an ideal cottage for an enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.

Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Although the accommodation is ground floor there are some internal steps. Note: Access to the dressing room, shower room and twin bedroom is via the double bedroom. Note: The twin room is made up of a 3' single bed and a pull out 2' 6" guest bed, this could also be made up as a double bed on request. Note: Children to be supervised due to the brook and lake.
