Meadowsweet is a huge detached house over three levels, very privately situated within 4 acres of grounds and landscaped garden on the edge of Burraton Coombe. The house sleeps 15 in six bedrooms – two double, two twin and two family rooms with two en suite and two family bathrooms. Living room with open fire and doors to patio, big kitchen with table/chairs, dining hall, conservatory with lake views, second living room cum play room with wood burning stove, pool table, table football and door to garden. Toddlers’ den. Absolutely brilliant for large family groups. Fenced from its formal garden, a deep lake (caution) full of roach and carp (fishing on catch/return basis). Children’s play area with swing, slide and trampoline. An amazing house in a stunning setting. Nearby is Saltash with excellent seasonal boat trips, and Plymouth with its historic waterfront, shops and theatres.
