Ponies, cattle and other New Forest livestock are often grazing on the moor and can be seen from the house. Please keep the gate closed at all times. Inside this attractive cottage is filled with all the modern-day conveniences including Sonos Sound System, Smart TVs and Nespresso Coffee Machine. An ideal base, the cottage includes three comfortable bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests, and boasts three bathrooms for guests convenience. The accommodation is versatile with plenty of living space, with excellent outside space with forest views. With direct forest access from The Willows you will be able to instantly join the miles of cycle and walking tracks to fully explore the local area including the Ornamental Rhinefield Drive with the famous Redwood trees, stopping at the popular Rhinefield House Hotel for some refreshment. Free roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle will be seen from the house, so please keep the gate shut at all times. Further afield, the south coast yachting town of Lymington is just 6 miles away where there are plenty of interesting shops, restaurants, pubs and coastal walks to enjoy. Pack your bicycles, walking boots and wellies and prepare for a fantastic holiday in the New Forest!
The Willows provides luxury feather bedding. Please note that access to The Willows is via an unmade gravel track. Please drive carefully as there may be potholes. Please note that only a maximum of six guests including children can stay at the property.

Entrance through back door into spacious utility/boot room with utility sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Off here is the Shower room with walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
From the boot room you will enter into the spacious well-equipped kitchen with AGA, electric hob, integrated electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine.
Door from hallway into Lounge/Diner with with ample comfortable seating, Smart TV with Netflix account, DVD player, and wood burning stove (One basket of logs and kindling included). The dining area has a dining table seating up to eight people.
Door from dining area into south facing garden room which includes garden furniture and an ancient grape vine.
Cosy snug with smart TV & DVD player, double sofa bed for occasional use.
There is a Sonos sound system covering the snug, kitchen and lounge.
Stairs to first floor.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, ample storage space and view over the open forest.
Bedroom 2 with zip and link beds which can form twin single beds (2ft 6in) or a king size bed (5ft), (please advise bed configuration at time of booking). View over the open forest Bedroom 3 King size bed with ample storage.
