Chalky Downs is an impressive, semi-detached property situated right on the seafront in a quiet close in the popular coastal town of Broadstairs. The property can sleep nine people in four bedrooms, three double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, and one family room with a single bed and adult bunks. There is a large comfortable sitting room benefiting from a woodburning stove. A well-equipped kitchen leads to a beautiful dining room which overlooks the delightful landscaped garden.
There is a spacious family bathroom as well as a ground floor cloakroom, ensuring that there are enough facilities for all guests to use.
