Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Note: Mobile phone signal may be limited with some phone providers. Note: The stairs are open from the bedroom so children should be supervised.
