The Lodge is a detached all ground floor cottage set at the entrance to the Broadmeadows Estate, five miles from Berwick-upon-Tweed. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a shower room, a fitted kitchen, a utility and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and there is a rear garden with furniture. Surrounded by beautiful parkland and rolling countryside, The Lodge is a lovely cottage for a peaceful romantic retreat.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Lodge's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
Planning a winter break in Borders? A lovely way to enjoy a cold winter's evening is to spend it in front of the open fire or log burning stove. So if you are looking for that authentic country cottage feel on a winters evening then The Lodge could be your perfect choice.
