Penlan House is a , double-fronted Georgian townhouse, close to Barmouth town centre and can sleep ten people. Set over three floors there are five bedrooms (three with TV); a family room (1 king-size bed and 1 single bed) with en-suite shower room, a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second floor king-size double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a second floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe and a second floor double bedroom. There is also a second floor bathroom, a ground floor split-level basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a woodburning stove, a first floor split-level utility and a sitting room. Outside, the beach is just around the corner making this spacious property, ideal for a family holiday.
There is wifi or internet access available at Penlan House in Barmouth. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.

Very limited roadside parking on first come, first served basis (1 hour only). Pay and display car park (2 mins walk), �7.50 per day. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 1 min walk. Note: No candles to be allowed in the property. Note: This property is over three floors, close to the harbour and road, some noise may be experienced. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
