There is a ground floor king-size double bedroom, a single bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, sofa bed and balcony and there is also a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for one car, additional, free roadside parking opposite, lockable storage for bikes, kayaks etc. in the garage and a rear yard with a small wooden bench and a first floor balcony with furniture. Yr Hen Olchfa is a lovely holiday base.
